Meet Danyel
I’m Danyel, the artist behind Kreative Artisan Threads. I create one-of-one functional fiber art inspired by culture, spirituality, fandom, and everyday life.
I started KAT because I needed art that felt like me: bold, soft, cultural, and a little nerdy. What began as a personal creative outlet became a Maryland studio where texture, story, and personality come together in pieces made to feel like home.

KAT grew from a need for art that could hold softness and boldness at the same time. Every piece is made one at a time, with room for culture, spirituality, fandom, everyday life, and the personal stories collectors bring with them.
