All items sold by Kreative Artisan Threads are handcrafted. Natural variations in color, texture, carving depth, or fiber appearance are normal and part of the creative process. These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once work has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. You will approve a draft concept before tufting starts. Any changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.

4. Pricing & Availability

• Prices may change without notice.
• We may limit or refuse orders at our discretion.
• If we must cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded if payment was collected.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen correctly shows colors or textures. Product information, availability, and pricing may be updated without notice.

6. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping, delivery times, and rates are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

• Orders may be shipped to you using standard carriers with tracking.
• Local pickup is available at Pop-Up & Grow Market on select days and hours as listed on our site.
• Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier or picked up at the market, responsibility for the item passes to you.

7. Payments & Billing

• You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrect information or suspected misuse.
