Shipping & Delivery
Each K.A.T. fiber art piece is made with intention, so we ship with care, clarity, and softness in mind. Here's what to expect from the moment you order until your piece is in your hands.
Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces typically ship within 3–6 weeks depending on size and carving detail. You'll receive tracking by email once your item is packed. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it when ordering.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
USA shipping is a flat rate of $10. Orders $150+ (before tax and discounts) ship free. Orders ship via USPS or similar carriers with tracking provided. Each piece is packed securely with care instructions included.
Local Pickup (Free)
Free local pickup is available every weekend at Pop-Up & Grow, located at Shops at Waldorf Center : Saturdays & Sundays, 11 AM to 6 PM, 2925 Festival Way, Waldorf, MD 20601. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation for pickup.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. Canada ships at a flat rate of $18. Select international countries ship at a flat rate of $25. International orders may be subject to customs or import fees upon delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times are out of my control. If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier. For assistance, email katinfo@kreativeartisanthreads.com within 3 days of the issue.
