Returns & Refund Policy
Every K.A.T. piece is hand-tufted in my Maryland studio, made with intention, carved by hand, and finished with care. Because of the handmade nature of this work, returns and refunds are limited. Here's exactly what to expect.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. You will review and approve colors, concept, and layout before tufting begins. Any changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern. Items must be unused, in original condition, and free of odors or stains. If a return is approved, buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and determine the best resolution , repair, replacement, or adjustment. Normal wear, texture flattening, or pilling over time is not considered a defect.
